RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Did you receive your order, and would you like to return or exchange something? No problem! Just request a return number with our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.

Just type in the message box that you would like to return a bought item and would like to return it. We will then send you your return number by email with instructions on what to do.

We always accept return / exchange items and you will always receive a refund with us (or store credit if that is what you prefer) even if it was bought during a sale or with a discounted price!

14 Days on Sight

From the moment your order is delivered to you, you have fourteen (14) days to review the received item(s). If items are not as expected, simply contact our Customer Service to request a return number. You have fourteen (14) working days to return the article(s). Please take note that lingerie and beachwear should always be tried on over your underwear.

Easy Size Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an article for a different size, please Request an Exchange & Return number.

 

 

Returning Your Item(s)

If you would like to return articles from your order, you always need to Request a Return number. After receiving your return number, you have fourteen (14) days to return the article(s). When the initial 14 days have passed, the purchase agreement is definite. 

 

If you want to return an article please follow these guidelines: 

 

  1. Notify customer service that you want to exchange or return an article using our online return form.

  2. You will receive an e-mail with the return number and instructions for the return.

  3. When the return is received, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail

  4. Depending on your wish, we exchange the item / deposit the purchase amount back to your account / send you a store credit by mail (for returned sale-items).

IMPORTANT! Returns are accepted only if they meet all the following conditions:

  1. The consignment should postage and have a valid return number.

  2. The article/ Articles must be returned in their original packaging. The package is intended to be complete and undamaged.

  3. The article should / Articles should be undamaged and have no signs of being worn to exhibit.

 

We do not credit damaged and/or used articles!  

  • An unnotified return, or a return without return number and / or without adequate postage will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender. Any costs associated are charged to the sender.

  • Articles used and / or damaged, or where essential packaging / seal is damaged or missing, are also not accepted and go directly back to the sender. The cost of shipping will be charged to the sender.

 

If your order contains any damaged articles, we ask you to notify our Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours.

 

 

Refund Within 14 Days

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item(s) within 14 days (shipping costs are not refunded). Refunds are automatically made on the bank account number / credit card used for your original order and payment. 

 

 

Return Shipping Cost

The cost of a return is on behalf of the sender, and is therefore not reimbursed by Little Soho.

DO YOU PREFER STORE CREDIT?​

When you shop regularly with us, or if you would like to make another purchase from our website directly, you can always ask for a store credit in stead of a refund for the amount of your return. You will receive a personal code which can be used when making a new purchase.

​

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year and must be spent in one time.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
